Online Orders
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you must report it to our hotline within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must not have any scratches or damage, and the original box must be intact for exchange eligibility.
If upon delivery the product box looks different from what you ordered, do not open or use the product if you intend to exchange it. Damaging the box or using the product will void the exchange.
Defective products can be exchanged at our store after inspection by our experts.
If you no longer need the product after purchase, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by burns, impacts, or misuse.
A charge of ৳200 will apply for product exchange via delivery staff.
For deliveries outside Dhaka, only courier charges will be applicable.
If the product is found broken or burnt after delivery, the buyer will bear full responsibility.
Products that do not support your specific device or if you change your mind after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Software and software licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If a refund is not possible after return, you must select another product instead of receiving money back.
Refund charges apply to all mobile financial services, online gateway, and POS payments.
Courier Terms
Inspect the package carefully at delivery.
If the package is torn or the product is damaged, do not accept it.
If accepted despite damage, SUAS25 will not be liable for any complaints afterward.
